TERM: MAY 2015-2017
Cheryl has a BA (Hons) in English from Mount Allison and an MA from Dalhousie University. After two years in Windsor Hall she became a dedicated townie (with the rubber boots and work socks to prove it) and served as president of the English Society.
Since 1991, Cheryl has had her own professional writing and editing business, first in London, UK, and, since 2005, in Halifax, NS, where she has done a lot communications work for the universities.
Cheryl has remained involved with MtA since graduating by volunteering at alumni gatherings in both London and Halifax. She is married to Duncan Morum, who is often the photographer at Halifax alumni events, and they have three children: one at the University of King's College, one at Trinity College, University of Toronto, and one at home who still has the potential to be a MtA student.
