What do you need to do?

  • update your address and phone number (if applicable) through the Connect@mta.ca webpage or notify Human Resources (hr@mta.ca) of your new address and phone number (if applicable).
  • If you are a member of the faculty pension plan, complete the Sun Life Change of Records form and return it to Human Resources.
  • If you are a member of the non-faculty pension plan, complete the Notice of Change of Member Information form and return it to Human Resources.

What happens next?

  • Your new address and/or phone number will be updated by HR, by Medavie Blue Cross and by the pension plan record keeper.
