Tuition: paid directly to Mount Allison
Accommodation (one term):  
Namsan Residence Hall (double rooms only) approximately $1500 CAN per term
Transportation: $1,300-$1,800 CAD (from Halifax)
Insurance:required to purchase health insurance prior to departure


Important dates & deadlines

Dongguk Application deadlines

•July 1 (for Fall Semester that begins in late September)
• December 1 (for Spring Semester that begins in late February)


Dongguk provides on-campus accommodation but space is limited. Students are advised to apply promptly according to the dates and procedures listed on and in connection with Dongguk's International Centre. 


Visa information

Canadian passport holders do not require a visa for the entry purpose of a short term visit (e.g Tourism, Visiting friends or relatives, Attending business meetings) up to 180 days. Permission to stay is given at the time of entry. If Canadian citizens wish to engage in commercial activities during their stay in Korea, they must obtain a Korean visa.
