Supportive and safe
Mount Allison is one of the few universities in Canada to have residence dons or families living in residence to provide an extra support system and help with the transition to university life.
Each house also has residence assistants who are well trained and always available to listen and offer guidance, and an academic mentor who provides study skills help and academic support. The residence leader-to-student ratio is 1:17 — one of the best in the country.
