While students with disabilities are expected to accomplish the “core competencies” of their courses, accommodations are necessary to allow the student equity of access and participation in their educational pursuit. Accommodations are unique to each individual and are based on recommendations identified in medical dcumentation the student is required to provide to the Accessibility Services Office.
