Mount Allison is a primarily undergraduate liberal arts and sciences university, offering degrees in Arts, Commerce, Science, Fine Arts, and Music. Graduate programs are offered in chemistry and biochemistry.

A Career Services Coordinator has recently been established at Mount Allison to assist with the development and implementation of internships for Commerce students, as well as career preparation for all students.
