Mount Allison University is offering grade 12 students at Tantramar Regional High School the opportunity to participate in the Tantramar Advantage Program. This allows grade 12 students from TRHS to take a university course at Mount A in their winter term. Students have the chance to experience a university class and earn academic credits that can be put towards the completion of a university degree almost anywhere.
History: This program started in 2000/2001. More than 50 students have taken courses at the University while in Grade 12. Without exception, students have passed their courses and most have excelled.
Requirements: high academic standing in Grade 12 and permission of the Principal of TRHS
