Provost's Council Terms of Reference

		1. To provide academic leadership to the University;
		2. To provide advice to the Provost and Vice-President, Academic and Research, and by extension to the President’s Executive Group, on strategic decisions, policies and procedures, and similar matters;
		3. To share information and provide advice on matters relating to the academic community at the local, regional, and national level.

Meetings:	Wednesday morninings, 10 a.m. to noon (monthly).
	Agendas will be prepared and minutes taken.
