PAUL PARÉ AWARDS Call for Nominations 2013 |

| We invite nominations for the Paul Paré Awards. Full time faculty members, below the level of Dean, at Mount Allison University are eligible for the following awards. | ||
| The Paul Paré Medal recognizes contributions of outstanding quality that demonstrate a balanced approach to teaching, research/creative performance, scholarship, service and outreach. Full-time faculty members who hold continuing appointments at Mount Allison University are eligible. There will be a cash award of $5000. | ||
| The Paul Paré Excellence Awards recognize outstanding faculty research, scholarship and creative performance, provided that these activities do not compromise excellence in teaching and service. The Excellence Awards provide funds to motivate and enhance these pursuits. Full-time faculty members at Mount Allison University are eligible. Up to nine awards may be made on an annual basis. There will be a cash award of $2,500. | ||
| Awards will be made on the basis of letters of nomination and support, other material submitted by individuals and information contained in the official files. Previous recipients are eligible, as well as those on sabbatical in either the current or previous years. All eligible faculty members will be considered by the Advisory Committee, which consists of the Vice-President, Academic and Research (Chair), three academic deans, the most recent Paré Medal winner and two past Paré Excellence Award winners. | ||
