POLICY

1.	Except as provided in the next section, there shall be no smoking
	a)	in any part of any University building, including student residence rooms and dons’ apartments, or

	b)	effective September 1, 2013, within 10 meters of any University building.

2.	Exceptions may be made to accommodate the use of tobacco in connection with culturally significant celebrations such as those conducted by members of First Nations' communities.
