All persons appointed to positions of both an academic and non-academic nature, part-time or full-time, are required to furnish proof of their stated qualifications. Photo copies of proof will be acceptable until the issuing institution is able to forward a duly-authorized copy to the Human Resources Department. All offers of employment are conditional upon this requirement being fulfilled.
