- BACKGROUND |
|
Under the
provisions of the By-Laws of the Board of Regents, the Board or its
Executive Committee may by resolution, from time to time, appoint a
person or persons to act on behalf of the University in the performance
of the following:
- the
execution or endorsement for deposit to the credit of the University
the following instruments: cheques, promissory notes, acceptances,
bills of exchange, and orders for payment of money and the like;
- the
execution of contracts or documents or instruments in writing on behalf
of the University.

Effective
immediately the signing officers of the University are designated as
follows:

Manager
Any two
members of Group A acting together or any one member of Group A acting
jointly with any one member of Group B are authorized to sign in the
name of the University for financial transactions and/or contractual
agreements.
