1 - APPLICATION

This policy applies to all requests for expenditure from academic departmental endowment and special purpose funds.

2 - POLICY
  2.1 All expenditures in excess of $5,000 from funds covered by this policy must be approved by the appropriate dean.
  2.2 The Controller has the discretion to require the approval of the appropriate dean for expenditures under $5,000.
  2.3 The dean's approval signifies that the expenditure is in accordance with the terms of the fund and is appropriate given the requirements of the department.
