We, the undersigned, agree to pay to Mount Allison University the following fees and costs for the above stated event.

RENTAL FEE:
$ 1,200.00 PER DAY PLUS HST
TECHNICIAN TIME: $ 40.00 PER HOUR
LOAD IN/LOAD OUT CREW: $ 15.00 PER HOUR
CAMPUS POLICE: $15.00 PER HOUR*
TICKET TAKERS/USHERS: $12.50 PER HOUR
CUSTODIAL CHARGES: $400.00 MINIMUM

* The number of CP's is at the discretion of the Convocation Hall Manager and the CP Chief

Convocation Hall reserves the right to acquire four complimentary tickets to the above performance

10% of all gross sales (less all applicable taxes) on any merchandise sold at Convocation Hall in association with this event is to be made payable to Mount Allison University on the night of the performance.

SOCAN fees are applicable

NOTE: Any damages to Convocation Hall, as a result of this event, will be the responsibility of the Sponsor
