Catalyst is a Mount Allison University student organization for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, two-spirited, questioning, and straight individuals.

We offer a safe environment for those who need it or just wish to let loose and be themselves without any judgments. Through various student-run activities, and campus social events, we hope to promote GLBTQ awareness and help to maintain an accepting environment for all students at MTA.

Here at Catalyst we have two rules. First, whatever is said among the group stays in the group. Second, we pride ourselves on the anonymity of every person if they so wish. We plan various activities such as GLBTQ-themed movie nights, group talk, board game nights, and much more.

Catalyst meetings are over for the term and will resume in September 2007. Keep checking the website for updates and come visit us at the SACtivities fair in September
