How to Get Involved

Each year, seven Mount Allison Students are chosen to be part of the Youth Partnership with Jamaica team by the previous year's group.

Students who are interested in being considered for Youth Partnership with Jamaica should pick up an application form at the Youth Partnership with Jamaica booth at the SACtivities fair in September (While you are there, you can look at pictures from last year's trip and speak to people who have been part of Youth Partnership with Jamaica).

Students will be considered based on a wide range of characteristics such as the ability to work in a team, enthusiasm and openness to new experiences. That being said, every effort will be made to create a diverse team with a wide range of backgrounds; there certainly is not one single ideal Youth Partnership with Jamaica member.

Candidates with especially strong applications will be invited for an interview by members of the previous year's Youth Partnership with Jamaica team.
