BELIZE FIELD SCHOOL
May 1 to 29, 2010

During this unique program, you will spend four weeks living and working in a professional archaeological camp in northwestern Belize.  This is an intense program during which you will spend 6 days/week working on a comprehensive archaeological research project, which includes survey, excavation, artifact processing, and other activities.  The program is an experience you will remember for years as it provides not only a tremendous learning experience but an opportunity for personal growth and exposure to the culture of the Latin American/Caribbean area.  Students will earn 9 credits in Anthropology.   For more information, please, see our 2010 Prospectus

Admission Procedure

All Students must complete and submit the application form by March 6th.  Students who are applying from  schools other than Mount Allison must also complete and submit the Part-time application
 


Cost (2009)

$5750 for Canadian students and $7766 for international
Includes:  tuition, room and board, travel within Belize, and much more (not airfare)
 

Important Dates

Deposit due (25% = $1500) – February 26, 2010

Final date for fees -  April 9, 2010

Field School – May 1 to May 29, 2010
