Admission Procedure

Every student registering at Mount Allison for the first time must be admitted to the University by the Admissions Office.  To simplify registration, please, print the full or part-time application forms by clicking here  If you are a student at another institution, you must obtain a Letter of Permission from your home institution.  Please check with the Registrar's Office.  All students must be in good academic standing to register for a course in Spring Session.

To register, please complete this form - Registration Form - and submit it to Student Services.

Withdrawals

Refunds are calculated from the date that written, faxed or e-mailed notification of withdrawal is received by the Office of Student Services.  All refunds are calculated from the date that Spring Session courses start and the date that the written request for withdrawal is received by the Office of Student Services. Fee credits will be calculated as the tuition fee paid for the course minus 15% times the number of classes including the week of withdrawal, since the course began.  There is no credit (refund) given after 6 classes.  Students will not be charged for classes dropped after the first class but before the second.

Refunds will not be given to students who do not adhere to these deadlines.

Students wishing to withdraw from these courses must notify the Office of Student Services in writing.

Financial Information

Students must pay the course registration fee to be considered enrolled in a course.  For more information on refunds, please see Section 4.5.2 in the Academic Calendar
