  Resources for Recruiters

Policy Regarding Recruiters to Mount Allison University

Thank you for your interest in informing Mount Allison students about your program. Please review the following guidelines.

1. Mount Allison does not have an employment centre or employment coordinators.

2. Our priority is helping Mount Allison students gain access to information regarding options for post-graduate education, post-graduate employment, summer employment, and work-abroad opportunities. Due to limited staff resources we may be unable to accommodate recruiters from programs that do not fit these categories.

3. Recruiting sessions are for Mount Allison students only. For info sessions that will be advertised to the wider community, please contact www.mta.ca/conference

4. Recruiters are guests on our campus. Please limit your contact with our students to the exact terms (time, location) of the assigned booking.

5. Recruiters must fairly and accurately represent the name, nature and limitations of their organization and program. Failure to do so will result in rescinding of the contract.

6. A presentation opportunity at Mount Allison does not imply University endorsement of your program. Endorsement by Mount Allison should not be stated or implied.

7. Only Mount Allison staff are responsible for publicizing your event to our students. Publicity material should be sent two weeks prior to the event. Publicity material must clearly state the organization's name, program and contact information.

8. Three weeks notice is required. It may take 2-3 days to confirm your booking.

9. Please do not provide food at your information session.
