Corinth 500 Upside-Down TEM

Corinth produced a number of TEMs with this compact space saving design. There was some concern over x-ray exposure, as the operator essentially looked directly into the beam path. TEMs are also most prone to x-ray leakage in the specimen exchange area, which on the Corinth 500 was located directly between the operator's legs.
