The new building will, along with Jennings, and Windsor and Harper Halls, create a quadrangle which will be landscaped in a way that will not only recognize the historical significance of the site but will create a beautiful quad area that will revitalize the residence experience for all the students who live in these buildings and eat at Jennings.

The new area will be accessible by car when students arrive and depart and for special events but will normally be a pedestrian-only area.

All of the buildings that surround the Quad will be serviced from the back, and a new parking corridor for general University use will be constructed behind Harper Hall from the end of Rectory Lane to Main Street.
