Highlights of Phase Three

• Renovation of the University Centre to accommodate an amalgamated Fine Arts Department, as well as the Drama Program and Windsor Theatre.

• New construction of second on-meal plans residence on King Street site.

• Renovation of Hunton House and Bermuda House to off meal plan accommodation if demand warrants.
