Erik is a printmaker and installation artist based in Sackville, New Brunswick. He is a recipient of creation grants from both the New Brunswick Arts Board and the Canada Council for the Arts.

Erik has had recent solo exhibitions at the Owens Art Gallery; The Space, Saint John; Mobius Gallery, Boston; and Struts Gallery, Sackville. His work has also been included in many group exhibitions, most recently: Future Cities at the Art Gallery of Hamilton; Vision at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery, No Such Animal at SAW Gallery; Domesticate at the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia; and Search at Open Studio, Toronto. During 2004 he was Visiting Artist at Open Studio and was awarded first prize in Ernst & Young's Great Canadian Printmaking Competition.
