Mount Allison University has an exchange program with Kwansei Gakuin University located near the city of Kobe. Each year up to three students of Mount Allison University are permitted to study Japanese at this university. The students who will have completed Japanese 2000 by the end of the academic year are invited to apply to this program. The credits earned at Kwansei Gakuin University may be applied in fulfillment of the Interdisciplinary Programme in Japanese Studies.
