Grants for North American Language and Culture Assistants in Spain The
Work Study Program in Germany
Note: CAUTG invites students who have a good command of the German language and are interested in spending 2-3 months working in Germany at work ranging from hotels to offices (for those with better German skills). New to the WSP (click The Work Study Program in Germany above) are practicum positions which pay less, but offer job-specific training. Students of all disciplines are welcome to apply, as long as they have at least 2 years of university German or equivalent. The WSP provides a free orientation session for students at the beginning of the summer, and students receive a travel subsidy (usually of $650-$750) upon successful completion of the work term. The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures offers guidance for applications to these programs.
