Actively involved in the pilot project of the university to bring new wireless technologies into the classroom.

Provided expert advice on the structuring of financial and other aspects of the transactions for the privatization of development finance institutions, mutual funds and insurance companies. Acted as the Commission’s lead person in the establishment of the Pakistan Insurance Regulatory Authority.

1998 Organized a two days “Privatization Workshop” in association with the British High Commission, which was attended by a ten member high level delegation from the UK. The workshop was inaugurated by the Minister of Finance, Government of Pakistan and attended by the top government officials and decision-makers.

1998 Assisted in the organization of “First Pakistan Privatization Summit 1998”, Islamabad Pakistan, organized by the Ministry of Finance, Privatization Commission, Government of Pakistan and First Conferences, UK.

1995 Organized a seminar on “Corporate Bonds” presided by the Chairman, Corporate Law Authority, Government of Pakistan in December 1995. Islamabad, Pakistan.

1988 Organized the first “Video Catalogue Exhibition” on Renewable Resources of Energy in Pakistan for the United States Department of Commerce in Islamabad.
