The Receptionist at the Wellness Centre takes appointments for the Registered Nurse/Educator, the Wellness Massage Therapist, and the Acupuncturist. It is an appointment based health service and although there is an allocation of time reserved for one walk-in per day, this is on a first come first serve basis.

The Nurse/Educator makes referrals to the Physician clinic, following a nursing assessment.

Eligibility:

The health services area of the Wellness Centre provides health and wellness clinical and educational services to all registered Mount Allison students.

Checking In:

If it is your first visit to the health services area of the Wellness Centre, you will need to come ten minutes prior to your appointment in order to register.

When checking in at the health services area, please bring the following:

provincial health insurance card or private health insurance

your valid Mount A student ID card

It is crucial that we have your current telephone number and address, so that we may contact you when necessary, i.e., when positive test results are received.
