Reflexology

"Reflexology is a healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part of the body.   Through application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body".   A definition from Reflexology Association of Canada  


Reflexology services will:

  • Compliment traditional medicine and is employed on pressure points on the feet or hands;
  • Promote good health, relaxation and restore balance to the body by applying specific thumb and finger techniques;

Cost: $50.00 plus HST

Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Your insurance company may cover all or a portion of the costs for a session. Please contact your insurance company to see if you have coverage for reflexology therapy.

Please call Cheryl at 364-2163 to book an appointment, or stop by the Wellness Centre in the Wallace McCain Student Centre, ground floor. Appointments are pre-booked and available one morning per week.
