Mount Allison provides an Employee Assistance program (EAP) to eligible employees and their families.

The program is voluntary and completely confidential. There is no cost for the services. It provides short-term counselling and advisory services to assist with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Personal Stress
  • Work-related stress
  • Couple and maritial relationships
  • Parenting issues
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Alcohol and drug misuse
  • Crisis Counselling

Our EAP services are provided by Shepell·fgi, Canada's largest and most repected behavioural health service provider.
