Leadership Mount Allison’s structure is shaped by a collaborative approach to governance, involving a director, student coordinator and adjunction committee.

-Leadership Mount Allison is administered by the program's Director, Ron Byrne, Vice President, International & Student Affairs with assistance from the Steering Group.

-The certificate programme is organized and administered by third-year student, Alyssa Patterson.

-The Adjudication Committee is responsible for evaluating the applications for curricular and co-curricular projects. The Committee, which is chaired by Ron Byrne, is comprised of three faculty members (one from each faculty), three staff members, and three students.
