Ebook Collections
The Mt.A Libraries provide access to thousands of e-books!
Four e-book collections are now available:
- Canadian Electronic Library Publishers Collection is accessible via ebrary.
- Oxford University Press e-books, Cambridge University Press e-books, Taylor & Francis e-books are accessible via MyiLibrary.
You may access e-books in these collections using the Library Catalogue (on campus only).
You may also search for and browse books in these collections, from both on and off campus, by going directly to ebrary or MyiLibrary using the links below.
Major E-book Collections:
Canadian Electronic Library Publishers Collection (ebrary)
Description: Over 8,000 titles from 47 Canadian publishers. Covers subjects in the Arts & Humanities, Social Sciences and Sciences.

Getting Started: When accessing this collection for the first time, you may need to download the ebrary Reader -- the software required to view the content of ebooks in this collection. The Reader will be loaded on all lab and public workstations on campus. If you are using your own computer, or your Mt.A office workstation, simply follow the on-screen instructions to download the Reader [more details].
MyiLibrary (Oxford UP, Cambridge UP, Taylor&Francis e-books)
Description: MyiLIbrary Includes:
Cambridge University Press e-books: A collection of 2, 431 Cambridge UP titles published between 1996 and 2007. An additional 333 newly published titles will be added over the next three years.
Oxford Univeristy Press e-books: A collection of 5,038 Oxford UP titles published between 1948 and 2008. An additional 333 newly published titles will be added over the next three years.
Taylor & Francis e-books: A collection of 11,697 Taylor & Francic titles published between 1933 and 2008. An additional 333 newly published titles will be added over the next three years.

Please note that a majority of the books the library selects and acquires are still available in print only.
