If you are new to Mount Allison and have a learning disability it is important to make an appointment to meet the Coordinator, Anne Comfort, as soon as you arrive.
Anne or another staff member will discuss university transition, academic support and self-advocacy. They will explain the supports available at Mount Allison including exam accommodations. If you have not already done so, bring a copy of your learning disability assessment with you. Staff will also discuss external funding, and services such as tutors, note takers, scribes or assistive technology.
