A number of Colville’s paintings feature specific and identifiable locations in Sackville and of the surrounding area, giving his work a distinct regional reference. This painting depicts a milk truck at the downtown intersection of Bridge and Main Streets. While businesses have come and gone, the distinctive facade of the building portrayed has changed very little since the painting was made.
