William Engelen

The Owens Art Gallery will host a new exhibit by Dutch artist, William Engelen. Engelen’s work is made up of sound and sculpture created on the wings of the John Cage festival at Mount Allison University from 17 to 21 October. William Engelen is a Dutch artist working out of Berlin. During his stay he will be developing a new work for the gallery space within the Owens. Using various mediums Engelen will create a mobile of Styrofoam dust balls, using various instrumental musical scores and recording mechanical sounds throughout the gallery.
