| Hello! I am Mallory Gibson and I will be your president next year! I have just one piece of advice for you, give up, just quit, because in this life, you can't win. Yeah, you can try, but in the end you're just gonna lose, big time, because the world is run by the Man. The Man, oh, you don't know the Man? He's everywhere. In the White House... down the hall.... And the Man ruined the ozone, he's burning down the Amazon, and he kidnapped Shamu and put her in a chlorine tank! And there used to be a way to stick it to the Man. It was called rock 'n roll, but guess what, oh no, the Man ruined that, too, with a little thing called MTV! So do yourselves a favor and just GIVE UP!
No but seriously don’t do that. Here in Bigelow, we strive to make sure everyone in the house will have a fantastic and successful year at MtA. Bigelow is a great place to be, and I am so excited to be your president. |

I am a Biology major with an English minor, and hope to be a writer one day. I once got bitten by a pony and made my own pickles. Not in the same day, and the pickles didn’t turn out. And that pony was stupid. Well, actually it was really intelligent for a pony but ever since that day I have had a strong dislike for it. But there are no ponies in Biggie, so we are all good here! Hey guys! My name is Grace and I am superfabumazingly excited to be your VP here in Bigelow next year! That’s the adverb version of super, fabulous and amazing all in one word. So I’m pretty excited. Also, I made it up just now. Impressed? I’d understand if you weren’t.
This time last year I know I was feeling really nervous about university, so maybe you are too. To calm your nerves a bit, just know that Biggie is the best possible place on campus to spend your first year. Really. You’re gonna end up meeting tons of new friends – whether you want to or not – and you’re going to have a really awesome time. I know I did.

So, you’re probably wondering a bit about me. I’m majoring in something…probably computer science. Also I’m probably minoring in history. I don’t really know though. I have a dog named Daisy who I love with all my heart. My favourite things are Christmas, coffee, lip balm, chocolate and stuff that’s generally funny – I’m pretty much Pinterest minus the stylish hairdos. Bring me any one of those things when you come here at the end of the summer and you will automatically be my best friend. No questions asked. I like lots of other things too, though. So just come talk to me and we may become friends regardless!

Hello! We are Spencer and Jordan, your social chairs for next year. Don’t let our gassy digestive systems fool you; we really are swell guys who only snore a little! We promise to bathe more regularly in the upcoming year, they didn’t call second floor ‘stanky floor’ for nothing!
Our favorite animal is the sparkle tailed unicorn. It defs exists, for shizznizz. We are also mad gansta rappas. (That is how you spell gangster rappers with our level of insurmountable swag). Don’t be surprised if you see us break into song during frosh week, or at any point during the year for that matter. In fact, if anyone comes up to us and says “drop me a sweet one home g”, we will be more than happy to break into a sick rhythm and make sweet sweet music. Please, take us up on that offer. Also, we love hamsters. So if any of you finds a cute picture of a hamster over the summer, print it out and give it to us upon your arrival! Or tape it to our doors, we’ll love it!!! Looking forward to seeing all of ya mad hatters this fall! |
