NOTE: This form is for students withdrawing from the University during the summer months (May - August).
Students withdrawing from the University during the academic year (September - April) must do so by contacting the Director of Student Life, Gayle Churchill (see Academic Calendar regulation 10.3)
Students who withdraw from the University during the summer months and still have on-campus mailbox keys should mail the key(s) to the Mount Allison University Bookstore, 62 York Street, Sackville, NB E4L 1E2
