Inviting People to Visit You in Canada

Your family may want to visit you during your stay in Canada. Many countries require family members to apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) in order to enter Canada. When your family member goes to apply for a TRV, they must provide the embassy with a letter of invitation from you. This letter must be in English and should include the following information about the person being invited:
