How do I pay for Go Global?
Cheques can be made payable to Mount Allison University and mailed to 155 Main Street, Sackville, NB, E4L 1B5. You can also make payment with a credit card by phoning (506) 364-2253.

How does the $500 scholarship work?
If you decide to make Mount Allison your choice for an undergraduate degree after high school, we will turn your Go Global registration fee of $500 into a scholarship that will go directly towards your tuition and residence fees.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel before July 1st you will receive a full refund. After July 1st no refund is available.

Can special dietary needs be accommodated?
Absolutely. Please indicate any dietary needs in your online registration form and we will work with Aramark (our food services provider) to make necessary arrangements.

What is MTA’s policy on drugs and alcohol?
Drug and alcohol use will not be tolerated during the Go Global program. In the event that a student is found in possession of drugs or alcohol they will be sent home at their own expense.

Will students be supervised in residence?
Yes. Participants attending Go Global will be supervised at all times.

How do I get to Sackville?
You can get to Sackville by car, bus, train, or plane. The closest airport is in Moncton which is approximately 50 km away. A cab from the Moncton airport to Sackville is approximately $50 one-way. If you arrive on the SMT bus line or Via Rail (train) a cab ride from either station in Sackville to the Mt. A campus is approximately $5.

What are the arrival / departure dates and times?
Mathematics arrival date is Sunday July 10 between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Dinner will follow registration. Departure is Friday night after the Presentation (7:00pm)

Drama arrival date is Sunday July 31 between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Dinner will follow registration. Departure is Friday night after the Presentation (7:30pm)

If it is not possible for you to depart at night, special arrangements can be made for you to stay overnight. A continental breakfast will be served.

Can parents attend the Closing Dinner?
Of course! That's the whole point! Tickets for the Dinner are $12 each. Reservation will be available during registration, upon arrival to Go Global.

Where does registration take place?
Once you arrive in Sackville, registration takes place in Bigelow House (see Map ) from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Can we make phone calls home?
Students will have access to a pay phone to make phone calls home. It is suggested that they bring a calling card. In case of an emergency, students can be reached at (506) 364-2114 or (506) 364-2253.
