RESEARCH

 

  •  2006 - 2012 Postdoctoral Fellow in the X-ray fluorescence (XRF) laboratory of Dr. David Fleming from the Physics Department, Mount Allison University, Sackville. The research work was mainly focused on detection of arsenic and selenium in the human body using XRF methods.

  •  2001 - 2006 Research Assistant in the hyperpolarized xenon (H-Xe) Magnetic Resonance laboratory of Dr. Giles Santyr from Carleton University (now at the Robarts Research Institute in London, Ontario). The research project consisted in the development of a H-Xe-based contrast agent for cancer detection.
