Position description:
Reunion Weekend is a time when Mount Allison’s alumni come back to our University to celebrate the time they spent here. The weekend is a very important part of our University and we take great pride in putting on a successful Reunion Weekend that is enjoyed by all.

Class Delegates play a very important role in the success of Reunion Weekend. Each delegate will be assigned a class of returning alumni and will serve as the ambassadors for that class throughout the weekend. A delegate’s duties will include showing their class around campus, attending events with their class, and offering any assistance their class may need.

However, the most important part of being a Class Delegate is spending time with the alumni, sharing stories of Mount Allison experiences, and enjoying the weekend with them.

Criteria:

  • Must be outgoing, energetic and reliable
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to accommodate to flexible hours of the position
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own

Contact:
The Class Delegate will work closely with the Layton Fisher Intern in Philanthropy.

Training:
All Class Delegates will be provided with appropriate training before Reunion Weekend commences.
