eduroam is a system that is utilized by many universities to allow visitors to access their wireless networks using their ‘home’ credentials.
For Mount Allison users, this means that if you are traveling to any of the educational institutions participating in eduroam, your MTA Username and MTA Password will give you access to wireless Internet on those campuses.
Visitors to Mount Allison from an eduroam participant can connect through eduroam to the Mount Allison wireless network using their “home” credentials.
You can access eduroam at any participating member sites. Check the eduroam website for a list of participating institutions.
Help and Support
Technical support for eduroam is provided by the home institution.
Visiting students will need to call their home institution for technical assistance.
Mount Allison students, faculty and staff visiting other institutions participating in eduroam, should contact the Computing Services Helpdesk for technical assistance.
