Housing Services is responsible for the general operations of Mount Allison's residence community. The Housing Services team can help answer questions related to residence operations, room assignments, residence fees, room draw and dining services. The Housing Services office is located on the main floor of the Facilities Management building (campus building #28).

Residence Life works to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive residence experience. The Residence Life team can help answer questions related to residence programming, academic and student support, and residence life policies. Residence Life is located on the second floor of the Wallace McCain Student Centre (campus building #12).
