Schedules and Candy:
Monday, November 18 – 10:00am-12:00pm
Our postgrad interns will be dropping by the library, academic buildings between classes, and hanging out by the front door of the Student Centre to give out schedules with the Internship Week activities and dates, and candy!
Tuesday, November 19 – 11:30am-1:00pm in Jennings
Our postgrad interns will be hanging out in the Jennings foyer with schedules for the week - come say hi!
Tuesday, November 19 - 4:00-6:00pm at Ducky's
Students, faculty and staff interested in the work being done by the NB Environmental Network to promote the health of our waterways through engaged citizen science projects are welcome to the Watershed Social! Wrapping up the day-long conference, students are encouraged to attend for networking and discussion with professionals in the field, and to learn more about the important work being done here in NB! Refreshments will be served.

This forum designed to give an overview of all of the options for summer work & learning in New Brunswick and around the world! We will showcase a wide variety of internships, including the Future Ready NB internships, international opportunities, the Reisman internship program, and special funded internships such as the LR Wilson, ECHO, Mansbridge, and Loewen. Join us to learn much more about the application process, and hear from past students. There are opportunities for students in every program of study!

Do you have a great idea for a business or social initiative? The Reisman Internship Program provides up to $15,000 in funding and coaching support so you can experience what it's like to create your dream job and be your own boss. This is for students from ANY academic background, and the project can be done anywhere in the world! Come to this workshop to get started or get help with your business model!

There are a wide variety of summer internships available during the summer of 2020! Now is the time to plan out how YOU can take advantage of Future Ready NB funding, the Mansbridge, ECHO, LR Wilson and others to design your own dream paid summer experience. All students, all disciplines are invited to this workshop that will walk you through the timelines for application, the steps, some tips for reaching out to host organizations and more.

Tantramar PD Fun Day!
Volunteer to work with grades K-8 on MtA campus and at the Civic Centre. This volunteer opportunity is open to all Mount Allison students that are interested in helping run games, tie skates, and oversee activities. If you are in the Elevate Program, this event counts towards your hands-on activity. There will be a training day for volunteers on Wednesday January 22nd, at 5:30 pm in Dunn 106 (pizza will be provided)

All students looking for summer & post graduate employment opportunities are encouraged to drop in to this event. Local and regional employers are excited to meet our students and chat about the types of roles available with them! Coffee & cookies and great conversations provided.
Career Services will also host: workshops, guest speakers, business panels and more!
