APPENDIX I:  THE EDGAR AND DOROTHY DAVIDSON COLLECTION OF CANADIANA

The Edgar and Dorothy Davidson Collection of Canadiana which is housed in the Davidson Room on the third floor of the Ralph Pickard Bell Library, was donated to the University by Dr. and Mrs. Davidson.  It forms part of their gift to the University in support of Canadian Studies.

The Collection contains approximately 800 rare first edition books, broadsides, atlases, government publications and holograph record books spanning the seventeenth through nineteenth centuries.

The Collection is accessed through a published catalogue, which is available on the main floor of the R.P. Bell Library.

Items from the Collection are not available for circulation but may be used with permission of the University Librarian.
