Residence fees for 2021-22

Mount Allison student in Harper Hall.Living in residence means we take care of the bills for you! Fees cover room, meals, and services such as utilities, housekeeping, building maintenance, laundry, hi-speed internet, cable, phone, and mini fridge. Your accommodation fee also covers the social and civic support provided by residence dons, assistants, and academic mentors. The fees below are for a full academic year, and are mandatory.

Accommodation fees:

*For the 2021-22 academic year, there will be no double or triple rooms available. Residence options for the 2022-23 academic year will become available in 2022.

Other fees:  

  • Residence services (phone, cable, wifi internet, mini fridge, laundry): $638
  • House executive residence dues (student-led programming): $110

Meal plan fees for 2021-22

Jennings Dining Hall.Mount Allison has a single, unlimited meal plan to ensure flexibility and convenience for any schedule. The all-access meal plan gives you access to the dining hall anytime during open hours, seven days a week.

Mountie Money is loaded onto your campus card and can be used at any of the dining services outlets on campus, the bookstore, for photocopying and printing, and some vending and laundry services. Mountie Money is also re-loadable by credit card.

  • All-access meal plan for residence students (including $100 Mountie Money): $4,873 per year

*Residence students are required to have an all-access meal plan. This meal plan provides convenience and flexibility to meet every schedule and ensures that students enjoy a well-balanced diet.
