Beginning with a single academic building, the Mount Allison campus has continued to evolve with 38 buildings and 72-acres to date.

As part of our commitment to uphold and maintain the quality of the Mount Allison experience for current and future students, we continue to work towards the development and implementation of various maintenance and renewal initiatives to existing spaces.

Lansdowne Parking and Interim Library construction

As the construction of the Interim Library will begin this summer, this presents an opportunity to convert Lansdowne Field into a parking lot, addressing the growing need for more parking on campus. This new parking lot will be located across the street from Alumni Field and will open for the next academic year in the Fall of 2024.

Normandy Field
Regular lawn care and soccer line painting will continue at Normandy Field to support intramural sports and recreational activities. Additionally, we are exploring the installation of lighting and soccer nets at Normandy Field.

A reminder that a portion of Rectory Lane is closed due to Harper Hall construction. The entire parking lot will reopen for the next academic year in the Fall of 2024.

Normandy Field can be accessed via the Rectory Lane parking lot and is close to the Sackville Waterfowl Park Trail.
